AutoAppraise™
The best used car you will buy this month is already booked in for a service
You know the vehicle. You have its full service history. You know the owner, what it has had done and what it needs. Compare that to bidding blind at auction against every other dealer in the state. AutoAppraise values every vehicle that arrives in your service lane, filters it against your own buying criteria, and puts the ones worth having in front of your used car manager.

Margin on one car, in week one.
That one car was acquired for $15,023 against a $22,478 retail. It came in for a routine service. Six more are still live with their owners.

How a car nobody looked at gets valued
Six steps. None of them involve a staff member walking the lane.
01
The vehicle drives through the scanner on arrival. Ten seconds. No stopping, no staff involvement, no change to your drop-off process.
02
It is matched to the booking and to your DMS. Registration, build, kilometres and service history all come across.
03
Valuation runs against live market data. Retail, trade and offer are calculated through our AutoGrab integration.
04
Your filters decide what you see. Set the kilometre range, the age, the marques you actually want. Everything else never reaches the screen.
05
What survives lands in one list. Retail, trade-in, offered price, reconditioning estimate and margin on a single row.
06
Your manager approves, declines or counters. The customer can have the offer before they have collected the car.

Eight decisions, not 246 valuations
This is the part that matters. A system that values every car and hands you a spreadsheet has moved the work, not removed it. Your used car manager will not read 246 rows and neither would we.
The filters run first. At our first site, 246 service bookings produced eight vehicles worth a conversation — about three in every hundred arrivals. Those eight came with every number already on the row. The decision takes about as long as reading this sentence.
Why this matters right now
New car supply has normalised. Quality used stock has not. Dealers are paying auction premiums to buy cars they know nothing about, while the cars they know everything about drive into their own service lane every morning and drive back out again at four o'clock. The service lane is the cheapest acquisition channel a dealership owns, and most still do not work it.
